Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Vector Hosting. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund where allowed.
1. Illegal and harmful activity
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit kits
- Operate phishing, scams, or credential theft
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or similar schemes
- Host or distribute child sexual abuse material or exploit minors
2. Network and resource abuse
- No DDoS attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts
- No cryptocurrency mining or similar high-CPU workloads unrelated to the Minecraft service you purchased
- Do not deliberately overload shared hardware beyond your plan limits or disrupt other customers
- Do not attempt to escape isolation, probe our infrastructure, or access other customers' data
3. Minecraft, mods, and content
- Comply with the Minecraft EULA and Mojang / Microsoft terms
- Do not distribute pirated games, cracked servers, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to use
- Respect mod and plugin licenses; do not redistribute paid assets unlawfully
- No hate speech, harassment campaigns, or content that we reasonably determine creates severe risk to others or to our platform
4. Spam and communications
Do not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to operate open mail relays / spam bots.
5. Fair use of support
Support channels are for legitimate account and server help. Abuse, threats, or repeated bad-faith requests may result in restricted support access.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate reports, suspend service immediately for severe abuse, and preserve logs as needed for security or legal requests. We may report criminal activity to authorities.
7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on a Vector-hosted service infringes your copyright, email a notice to froggy.gaming.gg@gmail.com with: your contact info, description of the work, location of the material (server / URL if known), a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove or disable access to disputed material.
