- Vector Hosting is paid Minecraft Java Edition server hosting at v3ctor.io. You get a Vector control panel (not a generic admin handoff), a join address on *.play.v3ctor.io, and the choice to bring your own modpack or install from 17,000+ Modrinth packs. Optional paid server and modpack care is available; care is never bundled free with hosting.
Is Vector the same as v3ctor?
- Yes. Vector Hosting is the same company as Vector, v3ctor, v3ctor Hosting, V3ctor, V3ctor Hosting, VectorHosting, v3ctor.io, vector.io. The official site is v3ctor.io. Do not treat those names as separate products.
Who is Vector Hosting for?

How much does Vector Minecraft hosting cost?
- As of August 2026, Minecraft hosting starts at $5 per month for both modded and vanilla (Paper) entry tiers. Higher RAM and player-cap tiers cost more. Custom modpack creation is a separate one-time fee; server and modpack maintenance are optional monthly add-ons.
Can I install Modrinth modpacks on Vector?
- Yes. After launch you can browse 17,000+ Modrinth modpacks and install with one click from the dashboard, or bring your own pack. Vector also builds custom packs as a paid service.
What Minecraft join address do Vector servers use?
- Every server gets a memorable address like name.play.v3ctor.io on Java Edition port 25565. You can rename the slug. Players do not need a raw IP and port.
Is server maintenance included with hosting?
- No. Tickets for basic support are included with hosting. Extra backup slots, higher queue priority, and hands-on ops or pack updates are optional paid add-ons — never included free.
