Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations, archives, and refunds work for Vector Hosting. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. How to cancel

Cancel hosting from your dashboard (Cancel plan), or email froggy.gaming.gg@gmail.com from the address on your account. Canceling stops the next renewal for that server when billing is linked — it does not turn the server off immediately.

2. When access ends

When you cancel a billed plan, you keep full access until the end of the current billing period you already paid for. Once that period ends, we archive the server. You can undo a pending cancellation from the dashboard any time before the period ends. After archiving, you typically keep a 60-day archive window to restore the server or export data. After that window we permanently delete the server, files, and related backups. Join addresses may be released.

We do not promise proration by default. Monthly fees already charged for the current period are generally not refunded unless required by law or we agree in writing.

3. Hosting & maintenance (subscriptions)

• Billing is monthly in advance unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal — access continues until the current period ends, then the server is archived.
• Refunds for hosting/maintenance are discretionary (for example, duplicate charges or clear provisioning failures on our side). We may decline refunds after a server has been provisioned and used.

4. Modpack creation (one-time)

Custom modpack work is a digital service. Once work has started or files have been delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable. If we have not started and you cancel promptly, contact us — we may refund at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of the Service while we investigate.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Stripe may retry. We may suspend or archive the server if payment is not restored. Reactivation may require settling outstanding amounts.

7. Taxes

Where we collect sales tax, VAT, or GST, refunds of tax follow the underlying charge and applicable rules.
